What does the role involve
- Conceptualize and Create: Develop innovative and engaging concepts for brand narratives, transforming them into visually captivating motion graphics and videos.
- Collaborate and Communicate: Work in tandem with creative directors, designers, and other specialists. Effectively communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale to non-design team members and clients.
- Design and Production: Design visually stunning, cutting-edge motion graphics for a variety of media. Handle video production elements, including editing, sound mixing, and color grading. Seamlessly integrate motion graphics with live-action footage, when necessary.
- Brand Building: Craft visual elements that are consistent with brand identity and standards. Push creative boundaries to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously research and implement the latest trends in motion graphics and video production. Adapt to evolving technology and software with ease and enthusiasm.
Desired Skills & Experience
Technical
- Expertise in Motion Graphics and Video Editing Software: Proficiency with software like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop, or similar tools is essential.
- Forms & Formats: Understanding of various media formats, compression techniques, and format requirements for different platforms.
- Sound Design Sensibility: Basic knowledge of sound design, including the selection and editing of music, sound effects, and voice-overs.
Fundamental
- Design Sense: A solid grasp of design fundamentals, including color theory, typography, and layout, is crucial for creating visually appealing content.
