Role TL;DR We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Motion Graphic Editor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging motion graphics and animations for a wide range of media, including digital platforms and video production. Youll work closely with our creative team, including directors, producers, and designers, to bring ideas to life through motion and graphics.

Your typical JD checklist

• Location - 2nd Floor, IWWA Building, 7th Main Rd, Stage 2, BTM Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560076
• Work Timings - 12 AM to 9 PM: Monday to Friday
• CTC - 5-7 LPA (Specifics will depend on experience and skills)
• Experience - 2-5 years, in any creative industry

What will your day-to-day work look like

• Take care of all the motion graphic needs of the videos and create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for video content.
• Co-ordinate with the post-production lead and give the best output in the deadline
• Eye-catching innovative motion graphic visuals that matches the vibe of the videos and the brand.
• Edit and animate video content using tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro and Illustrator.
• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and design motion graphics that align with the projects vision.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in motion graphics, animation, and design to bring innovative ideas to the table.
• Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high production quality.

Skills required for the role from you:

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Editor or similar role within a creative or media agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations, and video editing projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), and familiarity with 3D animation tools such as Cinema 4D is a plus.
• Strong sense of visual design, composition, and storytelling.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills to articulate ideas and incorporate feedback effectively.
