Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create visually stunning motion graphics and animations that tell a compelling story. You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to produce high-quality content that aligns with our brand and drives engagement across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and Create: Develop innovative motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for a variety of media, including social media, websites, video content, presentations, and advertisements.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
- Storyboarding: Create storyboards to visualize the concept and layout of motion graphics before production.
- Design and Production: Design and produce high-quality motion graphics using industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Editing: Edit video content and integrate motion graphics to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of the content.
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our content remains fresh and engaging.
- Quality Control: Review and proofread all motion graphic content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Feedback: Accept feedback from team members and clients and make necessary adjustments to designs.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in motion graphic design or a related field.
- Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro.
- Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing your motion graphic design skills and creative process.
- Creative Skills: Exceptional creative thinking, visual storytelling, and design skills.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and solve design-related issues.
