Motion Graphic Designer

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of graphic design combined with motion graphics expertise and a strong interest in AI technologies. Your role will be pivotal in bringing visuals to life, leveraging the latest AI tools to enhance design projects, and contributing innovative, engaging visual content to a variety of platforms.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Design and Create Motion Graphics:

-Develop high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content.

-Create visually stunning video assets and content.

2. Graphic Design: -Support various teams with graphic design needs, including designing layouts, creating illustrations, and developing branding assets.

-Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency in visuals.

3. AI Technology Integration:

-Leverage AI technologies to enhance design processes and create innovative solutions.

-Stay abreast with the latest advancements in AI technologies and tools applicable to motion and graphic design.

4. Project Management:

-Manage projects efficiently from conceptualization to delivery.

-Collaborate closely with various cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and visions.

5. Quality Assurance:

-Maintain high standards for design quality, ensuring all work meets established guidelines and expectations.

-Review and approve designs, artworks, and graphics developed by other team members.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Motion Graphics, or related field.

- 3-5 years of professional experience in motion graphics and graphic design.

- Proven experience working with AI technologies in the design space.

- Proficient with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator).

- Basic understanding of 3D design tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.

- Knowledge of AI Tools such a Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Gen2 (Runway) etc.

- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality motion graphics and graphic design work.

- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
