Role: Motion Graphic Designer

Job Description:
- Develop visually stunning and engaging motion graphics, animations, and reels targeted towards the hospitality industry.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions that meet client objectives and brand standards.
- Create compelling character animations and narratives that effectively communicate key messages and storytelling elements.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to design and animate graphics, typography, and other visual elements for various digital platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in motion design, animation techniques, and emerging technologies.
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines and project timelines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance project concepts and executions.
- Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers and animators as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Motion Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work in the hospitality sector.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Familiarity with Canva and its capabilities for designing visually appealing graphics and animations.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, character animation techniques, and motion graphics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts and ideas effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Optional: Experience with Blender and CGI work would be advantageous but not required.
- Highly creative with a keen eye for detail and a passion for pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling.
