Motion Graphic Designer

Job description

In this role, you will be required to create stunning educational videos and other curriculum content assets that help our trainers teach the Bhanzu way of learning efficiently. You should be able to understand the brief given by Bhanzu's curriculum experts and collaborate with the curriculum and learning experience team.

What You will do:

The role involves developing multimedia content for in-class assets, including motion graphics and graphic designing projects. The candidate will take full ownership of the multimedia content lifecycle, from conceptualization to screenplay, storyboarding, designing, editing, animation, and finalization, ensuring high-quality delivery of all visual materials. The role will includes graphic design work, such as creating visually engaging image assets and designing worksheets, ensuring a cohesive and aesthetically appealing experience across all educational materials.

Expectations:

• 2+ years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative and technical expertise with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and other associated tools.
• Should be able to work with different styles of illustrations/animations based on the requirement.
• Should be able to create design assets like worksheets, curriculum documents, images
• Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined output in a short time.
• Strong portfolio to showcase creativity and ability to tell stories through illustrations, videos, motion graphics, and micro-interaction skills.
• Good understanding of graphic design, sketching, typography, and animation principles.
• Proficient knowledge of character rigging tools in after-effects such as Duik or Rubburhose.
