Key responsibilities
- Create compelling and innovative motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various projects
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives and deliver designs that meet the brief
- Utilize software and tools to develop motion graphic elements and integrate them into video content
- Storyboard, conceptualize, and design motion graphics based on project requirements
- Ensure consistency of brand identity and visual styles across all motion graphic projects
- Manage and organize project files and assets for easy access and future use
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in motion graphic design and animation techniques
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for visual storytelling
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of motion graphics into overall project deliverables
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into visually stunning motion graphic content
- Meet project deadlines and maintain high standards of quality and creativity in all deliverables
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a motion graphic library for future use and reference
- Take ownership of the entire motion graphics process from concept to final delivery
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the motion graphics team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or related field
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency in motion graphic design, animation, and video editing
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual composition
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphic projects and styles
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and with clients
- Keen attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality work
- Understanding of current and emerging trends in motion graphic design and animation
- Flexibility to adapt to project requirements and feedback while maintaining creative integrity
- Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback to enhance designs
- Knowledge of 3D modeling and animation is a plus
- Experience in illustration and visual storytelling is advantageous
