Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Motion Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for our clients digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their skills in motion design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to bring ideas to life through captivating visuals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Conceptualize and create visually appealing motion graphics, animations, and video content for various digital platforms such as social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.
- Work closely with clients to understand their brand guidelines and incorporate them into the design process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques to enhance the overall quality of our digital content.
- Execute end-to-end video production, including scripting, storyboarding, animation, and post-production editing.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed within established timelines and meet the highest standards of quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of motion graphics into digital marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Motion Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing motion graphics and animations.
- Proficient in using industry-standard design software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Solid understanding of video production processes, including scripting, storyboarding, and editing.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of current design trends and a passion for staying updated on emerging technologies in motion design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 1.5 years of experience in motion design or a similar role.al skillsncy is a plus
