Responsibilities:

1. Design Development: Collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional teams to understand design requirements. Assist in creating visually appealing and on-brand designs for online gaming platforms.

2. Asset Creation: Design promotional graphics, including banners, social media posts, and website visuals. Create in-game assets such as characters, backgrounds, and other visual elements.

3. Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to translate campaign concepts into engaging visuals. Ensure visual consistency across gaming platforms by collaborating with game developers.

4. Brand Adherence: Maintain and develop brand guidelines, contributing to a cohesive brand identity. Assist in developing a visual style guide for gaming assets.

5. Creative Ideation: Participate in brainstorming sessions for gaming concepts and promotional campaigns. Bring fresh, creative ideas to various design projects.

6. Software Proficiency: Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) to produce high-quality designs. Stay updated on the latest design tools and industry trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

Portfolio showcasing strong design skills, especially in gaming/entertainment.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

Keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

Ability to collaborate in a team environment.

Strong time management to meet project deadlines.

Passion for online gaming and familiarity with gaming culture.

Eagerness to adapt to new design trends and techniques.

Preferred Skills:

Basic animation or motion graphics skills.

Familiarity with 3D design software.

Understanding of UI/UX design.

Knowledge of online gaming platforms and industry trends.
