Principal Accountability
- Collaborate with the Design Lead to design and deliver video and motion graphic projects (including animation) from initial concept through to completion.
- Create original, cohesive motion graphics-based videos that incorporate animation, shoot footage, stock media, product UI representations, workflow visualizations, and more.
- Produce motion graphics for websites, product graphics, social media and banners, static and rich banner ads, email campaigns, and email templates.
- Manage the quality of social content in partnership with the Community Manager and Designers.
- Understand the client's business products, services, target audience, and competitors activities to design clear, persuasive, original content.
- Build rapport with key clients and internal account, strategy, and creative leads.
- Manage the quality of ideas and design, and proof-check, amend, revise or redevelop/repurpose adverts or campaigns in response to feedback from stakeholders.
- Aid in the design for campaigns from production stage to completion.
- Work cohesively with the Copy Team to develop ideas, campaigns, websites, apps, or other ongoing
projects.
- Work with the digital head and digital marketing team to translate marketing requirements into
compelling, appropriate campaigns and design stories.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, often under tight deadlines.
- Proactively suggest ideas to enhance current clients assets.
- Collaborate effectively as a team player with a positive attitude, willing to co-create and brainstorm to provide optimal solutions.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a motion graphic designing position.
- Extensive experience working with design software and technologies, particularly Adobe After Effects,
Premiere Pro, and Illustrator, specifically for explainer videos, employer branding videos, platform
product tutorials, and social media campaigns.
- Showreel demonstrating After Effects and Compositing portfolio (including experimental work).
- In-depth knowledge and experience designing creative posts for various social media platforms:
Facebook, Instagram, Google Display Ads, and Email Marketing Campaigns.
- Extensive experience with Illustrator and Photoshop, specifically for mock-ups, webpage design, and
social media posts/campaigns.
- Strong creative sense and understanding of the digital space.
- Awards for past campaigns are an added advantage.
- Experience working on integrated campaigns with a strong portfolio showcasing client satisfaction,
creative quality standards, and campaign requirements.
- Excellent understanding of modern art and design styles, with impeccable aesthetic sense.
