Role: Moodle Developer

Location: Bangalore/Coimbatore

Experience Required: 3-5 years

What you will do:

• Plan and implement API integrations with third parties when required
• Analyze business processes and user requirements to establish Moodle
• Support Moodle/PHP implementations and resolve any technical issues

Our ideal candidate:

• 3 years of experience in Moodle LMS
• 3 years of experience in LAMP stack, Linux, PHP, Postgres DB
• Thorough understanding of various Moodle modules and experience in customizing Moodle functionalities and developing custom themes for Moodle
• Experience in integrating plug-ins and writing new plug-ins to extend the Moodle system core features
• Proven experience with Moodle API and integration with third party systems
• Good understanding of SQL and related databases, with a preference for those who have worked with PostgreSQL.
• Thorough knowledge of database architecture and administration
• Experience of upgrading any of the Moodle releases is a HUGE plus. For e.g. upgrade from 3.9.1 to 4.2.
