Montessori teacher

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Montessori Teacher at Aacrron Early Learning Center. The Montessori Teacher will be responsible for planning and conducting lessons using the Montessori methodology, facilitating education and communication with students and parents, and providing training and support to the teaching staff. The teacher will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for the children to promote their holistic growth and development.

• Experience in lesson planning, education, and teaching
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Training and mentoring abilities
• Passion for working with young children
• Knowledge of Montessori methodology is preferred
• Ability to create a safe and inclusive learning environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Patience and flexibility in working with young children
• Relevant Montessori certification or degree in Early Childhood Education
