Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in providing maintenance services to office computers and other electronic equipment. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of conference halls, video conferencing systems, and other meeting room technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and maintenance for all computers and electronic equipment in the office.
Manage and troubleshoot issues in conference halls, video conferencing systems, and other meeting room equipment.
Ensure the proper functioning of electronic devices, including timely updates and maintenance.
Coordinate with the IT team to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Assist in setting up and managing video conferencing sessions and other technical requirements for meetings.
Document and report any recurring technical issues to prevent future occurrences.
Maintain inventory of electronic equipment and ensure it is up to date.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and other departments.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/M. Tech/MSC (I.T./CS) or equivalent.
Certifications: Not required, but any relevant certifications would be a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Technical Support Engineer, preferably in a corporate environment.Skills:
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software maintenance.
Proficiency in managing video conferencing systems and related technologies.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
