Role : Monitoring and Evaluation Expert/ Consultant

Location : Lucknow

The team has provided services related to policy and regulatory design, institutional strengthening, outcome-based budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, change management and program management.

Educational Qualification :

  • B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/MCA/Masters in (Statistics/ Demography/ Equivalent or PG degree/ diploma in management in public health/ hospital/ social work/ business administration or MD (CommunityMedicine) or any similar qualification.

Essential Skills :

  • Understanding of the public health programs/ initiatives of the National and State Governments
  • Understanding of health schemes operational under Public Private Partnerships (PPP) or through private sector engagements.
  • Good Communication, Report Writing, Advance Excel, Data Analysis Working Experience 5-7 years of working experience

Job description:

  • Conduct assessment of the performance of the healthcare schemes in terms of project progress, achievement, performance indicators, outcome indicators, etc..
  • Prepare guidelines, SOPs, M&E / Logical Framework, and reporting templates for MIS.
  • Review the key milestones/ achievements related to information/ documents for the health programs.
  • Track the adherence to the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) of the health schemes operational under PPP.
  • Prepare monthly/ quarterly / exception reports or other need-based reports.
  • Design study, approach, and methodology and operationalize the research studies.
  • Conduct field visits and prepare observation reports.
  • Support the client in organizing periodic project review meetings with stakeholders to assess project progress and bottlenecks; and documentation of proceedings.
  • Prepare presentations for the project, performance review, stakeholder meetings, etc.
  • Attend meetings and discussions with different stakeholders viz. service providers, government officials, etc., and prepare meeting minutes thereof.
