Job Description

  1. Experience in providing production level support in an enterprise environment.
  2. Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Servers
  3. Experience with Linux or Knowledge
  4. Experience with Office 365/Office Suite/SharePoint.
  5. Experience with End user support issues like Email, one drive, SharePoint and other office products .
  6. Familiarity with databases is a plus, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL ((Additional advantage))
  7. Familiarity with Open-Source technology stack is a plus, i.e., Apache HTTPD (Additional advantage)
  8. Ability to work in a rapid change and fast-paced environment.
  9. Experience with cloud services, network communications, collaboration tools, enterprisetools and software are a plus.
  10. Network administration skills Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN networking and TCP/IP ports HTTP, HTTPS and file sharing.
  11. Use of issue/problem tracking system (e.g., Jira Service Desk, Remedy, or Service Now).
  12. Familiarity with the Agile SDLC and CI
  13. Dev-Ops operations, Git/Gitlab is Added advantage
  14. Experience using ITIL best practices is a plus.
  15. Experience in AWS and knowledge on tools like EC2 , Workspace , Code deployment , Monitoring tool and IAM will be an added advantage
