Industry Area :- Automotive sensor manufacturing (South Korean MNC)

Software :- CATIA, Pro-E, AutoCAD & Solidworks

Job Description:-

· Development of Painting, Plastic, Rubber molded, Sheet Metal and Electronics parts from RFQ to Production Stage with PPAP documents.

· APQP feedback from supplier and CFT during design review.

· APQP document preparation.

· Preparing micro-plan for tool and part development

· Child part RFQ to suppliers, Cost negotiation, costing preparation and finalization.

· Prepare process sheets and process parameters of components.

· Mold DFM/design review. Mold development monitoring.

· Bare PCB,PCB assembly and wiring harness development and Electronics part arrangement

· Handling SAP System to generate PR,PO and Schedule agreement.

· PPAP validation at supplier end.

· Preparing micro-plan for tool and part development

· Feasibility study of part and mold design review.Mold development monitoring.

· Mold DFM/design review. Mold development monitoring.

· Correction of mold from supplier as per SIR and Problem follow-up sheet.

• · Attending tool trial, SMT trial at supplier and doing analysis for problems.
