The Homemakers are seeking a person to join our team in Gurugram for both Design and Sales Oriented role. This role will primarily focus on driving sales while also incorporating design elements. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in kitchen design to enhance client relationships, generate revenue, and oversee design execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Drive sales by actively engaging with clients, identifying their needs, and presenting tailored kitchen solutions that align with their preferences and budget.
- Client Consultation:Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client requirements, provide expert guidance, and build long-lasting relationships.
- Design Oversight:Create and oversee the development of kitchen designs, ensuring they meet client specifications and aesthetic goals. Utilize design software for floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and production teams to ensure seamless execution of designs and timely delivery of projects.
- Budget Management: Prepare accurate cost estimates and manage design modifications, ensuring adherence to the client's budget throughout the project lifecycle.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies and design recommendations.
- Customer Service Excellence: Proactively address client concerns and adjustments during the design and installation process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store revenue goals, leading the team in meeting sales targets.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
