Primary Skills: FMCG, Modern Trade and 3 years in a Lead Role
Location: Kochi H.O, Kerala
Responsibilities:
Sales Management: Ensure budgeted Top Line Sales with targeted Gross Profit (GP) and Earnings before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBIDTA) for the given market/geography.
Marketing Initiatives: Execute marketing initiatives prudently and ensure cost optimization.
Distribution: Ensure the width and depth of distribution as per opportunity.
Process Management: Drive systems and processes efficiently and make informed decisions.
Team Leadership: Lead and train the team, show growth path with Career Dossier, and ensure attrition is less than 3%.
