Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Modern Trade Executive to manage and grow our retail partnerships. The ideal candidate will have experience in modern trade channels and be adept at executing sales strategies, negotiating, and building strong relationships with key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with modern trade accounts to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies specific to modern trade channels.
- Negotiate and finalize annual and monthly business plans with key accounts.
- Monitor stock levels, ensure product visibility, and manage in-store promotions.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to optimize sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure product availability and promotional effectiveness.
- Regularly visit stores to ensure adherence to brand standards and maintain strong client relations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in modern trade sales, FMCG, or retail management.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
