Your role and responsibilities
In this role you will be working as Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Specialist Design, Configuration & Knowledge Sharing and will be part of Electrification business area for Smart Power division. In this role you will be member of Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing Framework Agile Team and will report to Chapter Lead Analytics and will be responsible for driving the adoption and integration of Model Based Systems Engineering, Digital Thread, and Digital Twin technologies to revolutionize our product development processes. This role is pivotal in educating and supporting the business to understand and leverage these advanced methodologies for enhanced product lifecycle management. The primary objective is to enable a seamless transformation that optimizes efficiency, innovation, and collaboration across all stages of product development, ensuring robust and continuous operational excellence.
The work model for the role is hybrid.
This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power globally.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Partnering with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and identify opportunities for digital transformation, focusing on systems engineering, digital thread, and digital twin.
- Leading the analysis and optimization of existing product lifecycle management processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Staying abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in digital twin to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborating with the Smart Transformation agile unit leaders, Centers of Excellence, chapter leaders, product owners, and agile team members to integrate systems engineering/digital twin solutions seamlessly into existing systems and processes.
- Creating awareness and providing training to ELSP teams on digital twin, digital thread, and systems engineering initiatives.
Qualifications For The Role
- Bachelor's or master's degree preferred in Information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in the industry with focused experience in large transformation projects in product lifecycle management.
- Technical Skills and proven experience in business consulting, requirements gathering to development, support, and training.
- Experience in working in a multi-vendor environment, interfacing with clients and has managed both internal and external stakeholders.
- Teamwork, Adaptability, Analytical Thinking, Client Focus, Business Processes understanding and improvement capabilities.
- Collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong communication and relationship-building skills paired with quick comprehension.
- Fluency in English.
