Implement Mobility programs and provide global immigration and compliance solutions for internal clients.
Provide high-quality Mobility consultation pertaining to mobility (India and APAC).
Draft and review all mobility communications.
Partner with the Business to educate them and their assignees on the mobility process, procedure, tools company guidelines.
Prepare and submit reports to be used in managing operations, mitigating performance issues/risks and addressing other Mobility requirements.
Provide ad hoc analysis and support, as required.
Ensure that processes are compliant with quality, compliance policies and immigration laws/regulations.
Drive continuous improvements to mobility processes, tools, metrics, and training, based on ongoing experience, process metrics and feedback from process users and other stakeholders to drive further efficiencies in the organization.
Prepare and Review status reports to identify issues address risks.
Acts as the initial escalation contact for key stakeholders and business
Completed a bachelors degree.
Progressive (8-12 years) experience in handling global mobility.
Strong knowledge on mobility practices and compliance in India and APAC countries.
Has knowledge of best practices and integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
Detailed knowledge of vendor agreements and services and serves as a point of contact with vendors.
Strong working as an independent contributor and as part of a team.
