We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Tower Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing mobile towers and their associated equipment. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain mobile towers and their associated equipment
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair tower components such as antennas, cables, and transmitters
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to tower equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Keep accurate records of work performed and equipment inventory
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in mobile tower installation and maintenance
- Proficiency in tower climbing and working at heights
- Experience with tower rigging, hoisting, and cable installation
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to tower installation and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
