- Duties & Responsibilities:
Plan & ensure customer satisfaction through high quality service
- Troubleshooting the customer devices and ensure on time delivery of the service product to the customer asper the TAT
Repair the defective devices and identify the issues- Ensure to detailed the customer the issues of the product
ICSM Updating
Repair tools and device management- Ensure the SLA to maintain
Technical trainings
- Focus on customer satisfaction
Technical assistance for customers- Plan & ensure customer satisfaction through high quality service
Graduate/ Diploma/B Tech
Good communication , Leadership skills and good interpersonal skills

Pay: 15,- 00 - 23,000.00 per month
