As an L2 Mobile Technician providing doorstep service, your main responsibility will be to offer on-site repair and services for mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets. You will be required to visit customers locations and provide efficient and effective repair solutions. Responsibilities: 1. Visit customers locations to diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot mobile devices. 2. Perform a wide range of repairs, including screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port repairs, and other hardware repairs. 3. Follow standard operating procedures and guidelines to ensure high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction. Requirements: 1. Strong knowledge of mobile devices, operating systems (iOS), and hardware components. 2. Ability to work independently and deliver quality service in a customer-centric manner. 3. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to visit customer locations.
