Designation: MDM Engineer
Location: Mumbai (Only people located in Mumbai can apply)
Experience: 3-5Years
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology.
Requirement:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Mobile Device Management (Smartphones), specifically with Intune.
- Strong technical knowledge in configuring and managing MDM solutions, with a focus on security and compliance.
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell for automating tasks and processes.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, or equivalent, are preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- MDM Administration: Manage and administer Mobile Device Management solutions including Intune and MobileIron.
- Android and IOS Applications: Mobile Application Management which includes resigning of Android and IOS Applications on Public and Private stores.
- Rugged Device Management: Implement and support rugged device management solutions tailored to our industry-specific needs.
- Policy Configuration: Develop and enforce mobile device policies to ensure compliance with company standards and security protocols.
- Device Enrollment: Oversee the enrollment, configuration, and maintenance of mobile devices including iPhone, iPads and Android devices within the MDM solutions.
- Security: Implement and manage mobile security policies, including encryption, VPN setup, and secure access protocols.
- Troubleshooting: Provide advanced troubleshooting for mobile device issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to the workforce.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT, security, and other departments to align MDM solutions with overall business objectives.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the MDM environment, configurations, and procedures.
- Training and Support: Offer training and support to end-users on device usage and best practices.
