End-User Support: OBE India
. Respond to end-user requests for technical assistance via help desk tickets or remote support on teams or call.
. Resolve software and hardware issues reported by end-users, including desktop support, software installations, and system configurations.
. Provide guidance on how to use hardware and software effectively.
. Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles for common technical issues and solutions.

Device Support:
. Manage end-user devices through centralized management tools, Mobile Device Management (MDM
. Prepare OS images and configure them according to organizational standards.
. Monitor device inventory, software inventory, and compliance status.
. Implement policies for device security, remote access, and data protection.
. Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS) and software applications used by end-users.
