As an ML Engineer, you'll be building and maintaining machine learning models in our production systems. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing the model inference time for in-house models, ensuring efficient and scalable performance by shipping ML Python libraries.

Additionally, you'll spearhead the development of Language Model (LLM) based solutions for our In-House Copilot, extending the capabilities of LLMs through fine-tuning techniques. Operating within our dynamic startup environment, you'll thrive on the challenges of developing cutting-edge AI solutions and making a significant impact on our success, growth, and culture.

Requirements:

• 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI/ML solutions in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, natural language processing, LLMs, and computer vision techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or others commonly used in AI/ML development.
• Understanding of AWS Cloud environment would be highly desirable.
