Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Solutions Engineer to join our growing team at Simplismart. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving technical solutions by providing deep expertise in MLOps and related technologies throughout the implementation process. You will collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements, demonstrate the capabilities of our platform, and ensure successful implementation and adoption of our solutions.
Who Are We Looking For
- The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, excellent communication skills, and experience in MLOps and solutions engineering.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in Generative AI, MLOps, and related technologies.
Good To Have
Prior Expertise in MLOps: Familiarity with MLOps frameworks and tools, as well as experience with generative AI models like Llama, Stable Diffusion, and Whisper, is preferable.
Deep Understanding of Infrastructure: As we operate an on-premises platform, a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and software architecture is essential.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation of technical proposals and respond to technical queries from potential customers.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, addressing technical questions and concerns.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for customers to ensure effective onboarding and contribute to the creation of technical documentation and knowledge bases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and technical solutions.
- Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored solutions leveraging MLOps practices.
- Support the integration and deployment of solutions in customer environments, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
