Key Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models for scalable, high-performance real-world applications.
- Data Analysis: Work with large datasets, performing data preprocessing, feature engineering, and applying algorithms to extract actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into the platform.
- Research & Innovation: Stay current on AI/ML advancements, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to meet business challenges.
- Model Evaluation: Continuously monitor and refine model performance to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and AI algorithms.
- Proficiency in Python, along with experience in machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and relevant mathematical concepts in AI and ML.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deploying and scaling machine learning models.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex AI/ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
