Job Description:
Act as the first point of contact for all the new hires being on boarded. Be responsible for managing the new hire onboarding life-cycle i.e. pre-joining connects and assisting the new hires in completing required documentation.
Initiating the Joining formalities and coordinating with the candidate for smooth joining experience.
Responsible for end to end Onboarding documentation process of a candidate on HRMS.
Maintain and update trackers to monitor the progress of candidate Onboarding lifecycle.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team on candidate joining status.
Auditing and validating the documents are per internal controls.
Updatedaily MIS.
Query and Escalation Management.
Skills:
Must be a Graduate.
Good communication Skills
Should have Excel skills.
Attention to detail and Accuracy
