Job Description - Co-ordinating with the sales team for their sales performance tracking,
head office instruction follow up.- Reporting the sales team performance on daily basis to the sales head.
Analyzing the sales app and provide daily data to the Sales head.
- Receiving daily orders from the sales person and preparing DO accordingly.
Preparing and Analyzing Aging/ Credit report and verify the report from the sales head.- Preparing MIS report and sharing the final analysis report to sales head for further strategy development.
Preparing quotation, proposal and providing assistance for corporate sales.
- Co-ordinating between sales, marketing, product development service along with other department for smooth operations of before and after sales process.
Working as medium between Management and Sales team- Timely interaction with Sales Team, Distributor, Agency & Vendors.
Handling emails, and all sales correspondence such as invoice copies, mandate
- Developing and maintaining filing systems both digitally and hard copy form for
Ensure the inventory of custom sales presentation materials such as brochures and
Bachelor's degree in management.- Good team interaction and coordination skills.
Languages should be known- Tamil & English (Mandatory) Malayalam/Kannad (Preferred).- Computer literacy (Good hands-on MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication, customer service skills.- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
Current knowledge of industry trends etc.
