Key Responsibilities:
Data Extraction and Transformation:
- Extract data from software systems and databases.
- Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets and models for data analysis.
- Create clear, concise, and actionable reports and dashboards for directors.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with Directors to understand data requirements.
- Communicate findings and insights effectively to Directors.
- Educate employees on data interpretation and ensure they enter data on time with accuracy in the software.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
Experience:
Experience in data analysis or data engineering.
Advanced Excel skills
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent attention to detail.
Effective communication skills.
