Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain MIS reports for account processes and activities.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present accurate and timely reports to management.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular data verification and validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and streamline processes.
- Improve data collection and reporting systems to enhance efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for automation and implement tools to streamline data analysis.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in MIS reporting.
- Provide support to other accounts functions as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience as an MIS Executive or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of accounts processes and systems is a plus.
