Position : MIS
Location : Sonipat, Delhi
Salary : Upto 4.50 lpa
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain databases and data systems
- Conduct data analysis for identifying trends, patterns, and insights
- Generate and distribute routine and ad-hoc reports to various stakeholders
- Create automated processes for data extraction and monitoring
- Collaborate with departments to understand data requirements and provide solutions
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validation
- Implement and maintain data security measures
- Support in the implementation and utilization of MIS software and tools
- Optimize data management processes and workflows
- Provide training and support to end-users on MIS tools
- Contribute to the development and improvement of MIS strategies
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in MIS
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes using MIS insights
- Prepare documentation and manuals for systems and processes
- Participate in project planning and execution related to MIS
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in data analysis and Mis
- Familiarity with database management and SQL
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis tools
- Good understanding of MIS concepts and systems
- Certifications in relevant MIS technologies or methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Access, Power BI) is a plus
- Understanding of data privacy and security regulations
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
