We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive to join our team. The MIS Executive will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail operations, excellent technical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, inventory, customer behavior, and other relevant metrics.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and provide recommendations for process improvements and strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements, understand business needs, and prioritize information requests.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by regularly auditing databases and resolving discrepancies.
Develop and automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to streamline reporting and analysis.
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, highlighting insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to MIS and data analytics.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Knowledge of retail operations and business processes.
Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems is an advantage.
