Job Description: MIS Executive

Location: Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai

CTC Range : 3.5-4.5 LPA

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS reporting and data analysis, preferably in the financial services or debt collection domain

Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably Commerce or IT)

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and familiarity with CRM systems

Key Responsibilities:

1. MIS Reporting:

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on debt collection performance, including recovery rates, outstanding dues, and portfolio health.
• 
  
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs for various departments and teams.

1. Data Analysis:

• Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas of improvement in collection processes.
• 
  
• Provide actionable insights to the management to drive strategy and decision-making.

1. Data Management:

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular checks and reconciliations.
• 
  
• Maintain a centralized database for all collection-related records and updates.

1. Automation and Optimization:

• Automate recurring reporting tasks to improve efficiency.
• 
  
• Collaborate with the tech team to optimize CRM and data extraction processes.

1. Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with collection teams, managers, and other departments to ensure alignment on targets and priorities.

• Support cross-functional projects by providing required data and analysis.

1. Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure reports and dashboards comply with regulatory and company standards.
• 
  
• Maintain proper documentation for all reports and processes.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in MIS reporting or data analytics.

• Education: Graduate in any discipline, preferably Commerce or IT.

• Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
• 
  
• Working knowledge of SQL for database queries.
• 
  
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.

• Communication Skills: Ability to present data and insights effectively to stakeholders.
