Coordination with internal team & stakeholder from different departments
Coordination & Alignment with client and its stakeholders preparing Daily MIS Reports for projects.
Validating & maintaining hygiene in the data.
Develop comprehensive reports on ongoing projects and submit summary reports to
client/Management each month.
Crisis management plans that will be executed in the event of a problem with the interior or
exterior stakeholder
Coordinate daily schedules
Assist planning and coordination of a program and its activities
Ensure via Co-coordinating & Monitoring implementation of project practice
Help build positive relations within the team and external parties
Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda
Support growth and program development
Manage staff work assignments, workloads, and work schedules
Ability to work with diversity and multi-disciplinary teams.
Create Reporting Templates/Formats for sharing Summary report as per the client
requirement.
Develop dashboards for internal and external team
Ensuring execution is on time completion of projects and delivery

Candidate Skills Requirement

Good Communication both verbal and written along with Advance excel.
Strong Interpersonal skills & able to handle obligations at all the project levels and stakeholders
Sound verbal and written communication skills
Analytical/ Statistical approach
Out of the box thinking / Ability to think in different/innovative way
Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office (Should be able to deliver reports in PPT format
Critical thinker and problem-solving skill
Sense taking in ownership
Basis statistical or mathematical skills

Note: Advance Excel experience is Mandatory
