  • Proficiency in WORD and EXCEL/PPT preferred
  • MIS Agency billing
  • Address all Service Request /Complaints and ensure all requests/complaints are closed within TAT
  • Digital Adoption for all Retail Asset Clients
  • Achieve Cross sell Targets set as per KRA's
  • Apply best practices and focus on areas of improvement
  • Focused towards achievement of own KRAs
