Key Responsibilities:

Migrate from Google Workspace to Microsoft Office 365.

Setup Entra ID based login/account for all Windows/Ubuntu/macOS systems.

Configure and integrate SSO (Entra ID).

Manage endpoint devices (macOS, Ubuntu, Windows) using Intune or similar.

Create and manage security policies for Office 365.

Write Ubuntu scripts to automate tasks/login using Entra ID.

Ensure infrastructure compatibility (firewalls, DNS, VPN, etc.).

Provide user training and ongoing support.

Document processes and system changes.

Required Skills:

Experience in Google Workspace to Microsoft Office 365 migration.

Knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Entra) and SSO.

Expertise in endpoint management via Intune (or similar tools).

Ubuntu scripting and system administration experience.

Familiarity with macOS and Windows management.

Understanding of network infrastructure (DNS, firewalls, VPNs).

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Additional Skills:

Experience withdata migration tools.

Knowledge ofdata security standardsandGDPR compliance.

Expertise inmulti-factor authentication (MFA)andconditional accesspolicies.

Ability to performcloud backup configurationanddisaster recovery planning.

Experience withMicrosoft PowerShellfor Office 365 management.

Familiarity withzero-trust security models.

Strong understanding ofcloud storage integration(OneDrive, SharePoint).

Experience withhybrid cloud environmentsandActive Directory synchronization.

Experience withemail retention policiesandeDiscovery.

Preference will be given to candidates who handled similar processes in the past.
