Mines Manager / Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Select pit areas and ensure quality testing.
• Organize operation of HEMM and hopper.
• Blend materials for desired quality.
• Gather information on pile positions.
• Take corrective actions on deviations in quality and quantity.
• Optimize lead distance, auxiliary equipment run hours, and transportation operations to control costs.
• Identify and clean virgin areas for deploying Surface Miner based on quality and productivity.
• Suggest strategies for land procurement and coordinate with the land department.
• Plan and deploy HEMM for production according to the Mining Plan.
• Plan and deploy auxiliary equipment to enable smooth mining operations.
