Job Location: EON IT Park, Kharadi, Pune (Hybrid)

Role: Senior Manager Band G2

Experience: 9 to 15 Years

Must have skills:

1. Data and Solution Architecture/Design

2. Data Mapping Source to target

3. Oracle Stack

4. DB developer experience

5. Migration experience in Product catalog environment

Top 3 good to have skills and certifications.

1. TOGAF

2. Open API

3. telco / CCS experience

Daily activities:

· Validating data rules as per source & Target systems

· Using Ab Initio or any ETL tool to create migration scripts, reports and dashboards and running tests on data to ensure validations and business rules are captured and implemented successfully.

· Participating in mapping and review activities with partner and cross functional teams and assisting in managing the rules library and entity level data objects for migration

· knowledge about data migration in Product catalog environment

· Work with stakeholders to get approvals on data mapped between source and Target with the help team members.

· Exploring and researching validation rules and using the ETL tool to test and validate.

· Be part of the Profiling activities per entity in the run up to testing of all data

· Creating reports and dashboards

· Partnering with developers and to ensure alignment between Source and target systems, BAU teams, cross-stream stakeholders during Data Cleansing and Migration activities from legacy to Staging Database and the target environments for all segments.

· Assist Data Readiness Principal with issues, tasks, and objectives, identifying risks and constraints (scope, schedule, quality, etc.)

· Support development & testing teams/ QA during E2E and Functional Testing.

Technical skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor/masters degree in business /IT or relevant field

· Experience on BSS/OSS implementation projects

· Experience in ETL Tools: Profiling, metadata library, data lineage, data glossary creation. reporting dashboards will be an added skill.

· Oracle SQL skills- intermediate (should be able to query data, joins, create tables etc.,

· 10-14 years of experience in a telecommunication in a SA capacity, migration experience is preferred.

· Excel skills- intermediate- should be able to create Pivot tables and read them, inserting visualizations/graphs etc.,

· Excellent written and spoken communication skills, strong analytical skills.

· Familiar and comfortable using Jira/Confluence -Enablers and Features creation and reviewing and assigning dependencies.
