Position Purpose

Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- MQ Software Product installation (configuration, packages, upgrades, fixpacks, maintenance, etc)
- QMGRs definition (configuration, etc.)
- MQ flows creation (MQ objects definition, etc.)
- SSL knowledge (architecture, certs renewal procedure, etc.)
- Pub/Sub topology and configuration
- Troubleshooting in MQ (Clients MQ, support DEV teams, etc.)
- BlockIP config (whitelisting)
- ServiceNow ticketing tool (requests, incidents, etc.)
- Plan and implement PROD changes and interventions
- Be part of the on-call support service 24x7
- Use of MQ remote admin tools (i.e: Appwatch, MVMA, MQExplorer, etc.)
- Usage and configuration of QPASA monitoring tool (BMC)
- Solace technology basics
- Ansible & scripting skills for developing new automations
- Interaction with vendors (opening cases, etc.)
Contributing Responsibilities
