L3 Deliverables:
- Vendor coordination
- Check data growth
- Automate daily task where ever applicable
- Problem Management & Troubleshooting any incidents related to middleware
- Certificate Implementation & troubleshooting
- Planning and assisting in Patching and Infra vulnerability resolution
- Performance tuning activity
- Preparation of RCA for Major Incidents
- Updating and maintenance of Availability, Capacity management
- Risk Analysis and providing mitigation planning
- Continual Service Improvement Planning and executions
- Preparing, maintaining and updating of SOP and KBase
- Maintaining and updating of Infra AS IS / Infra Documents
- Incident / Problem / Change management
- Reinstallations and configurations raised due to Incident
- Application GO-Live review for the new installation done by L2 team
- Oversight during DR drill.
- Maintain SLA for Incidents and service requests
