Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Middle School Chemistry Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Chemistry and teaching experience, particularly within the ICSE curriculum. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive chemistry lessons that foster critical thinking and inspire a love for science in students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver Chemistry lessons to students in Grades VI to VIII, ensuring alignment with the ICSE curriculum.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of students learning needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Use interactive and innovative teaching methods to explain scientific concepts and conduct practical experiments.
- Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment in the classroom.
- Assess students performance through assignments, tests, and projects to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry with a B.Ed. in Education.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chemistry Teacher.
- Prior experience in an ICSE school is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and the ability to engage and motivate students.
