What you will do
- Conducting thorough manual testing of web applications to identify bugs and issues;
- Collaborating with the development team to understand feature requirements and ensure quality standards are met;
- Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases;
- Tracking defects and working closely with developers to ensure they are addressed;
- Participating in Agile/Scrum development processes and attending all relevant meetings;
- Ensuring the final product meets client expectations and adheres to specified requirements;
- Assisting in the preparation of reports on testing phases and defects;
- Ensure accuracy of platform calculations using Python and SQL;
- Develop and implement automated tests integrated with Azure Test Plans;
- Conduct production deployment regression tests and test planning;
- Support the existing team with additional QA activities.
Must haves
- 3+ years of experience in manual testing of web applications;
- Familiarity with SQL and Python;
- Experience working with Azure Cloud;
- Candidates should be able to meet the HIPAA requirements;
- The candidate should work in the EST timezone;
- Proficient in creating detailed test plans and test cases;
- Experience with different types of testing (functional, regression, integration, etc.);
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies;
- Experience in working with issue-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA);
- Good understanding of web technologies and software QA methodologies, tools, and processes;
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors effectively;
- Excellent collaborative and communication skills;
- Good spoken and written English.
Nice to haves
- Basic knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks;
- Experience with healthcare data.
