Job Description:
- We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid-Weight Design Visualiser to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to bring creative concepts to life. As a Mid-Weight Design Visualiser, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing visual designs that align with our clients brand strategies and objectives.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the design team to create visually stunning and effective packaging designs, brand identities, and communication materials.
- Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and visual mock-ups to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Translate client briefs into compelling visual solutions that meet project goals and brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the creative director and senior designers to ensure design consistency and quality across all projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliver innovative solutions.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a design visualiser role, preferably within a branding or design agency.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including packaging design, brand identity, and communication design.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
