About the role :
As a ServiceNow Mid-Level Developer, you will play a vital role in our dynamic IT team, responding to design, development, and solutions maintenance needs on the ServiceNow platform. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in ServiceNow development and a desire to contribute to the optimization of IT service management processes. You will work alongside experienced developers and play a key role in enhancing our/client's ServiceNow estate.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification preferred.
3 - 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer or in a similar role.
Basic understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes.
Experience working on some/all the applications listed here ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, ITBM, CSM and FSM.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular JS and other web technologies.
Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Script Includes, client scripts, workflows, Flow-Designers.
Proficiency in Service Catalog development.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow UI builder.
Experience in implementing integration with multiple third-party tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new ServiceNow features and best practices.
