Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mid Level Architect at Spectrum Design Group. The Architect will be responsible for architectural design, software development, integration, project management, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop architectural projects from concept, design development and construction dwgs.

- Collaborate with senior, junior architects and other team members.

- Conduct site analyses, zoning research, and building code reviews

- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients as and when required.

- Prepare and present design presentations, reports, and documents

- Mentor junior architects and interns

Qualifications and Skills

• Mid-level architect with 4-6 yrs experience.
• Strong background in residential architecture and design
• Proficiency in software development and integration (SketchUp, photoshop etc.)
• Excellent communication, project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations and and industry standards.
