BuildSuite is seeking a talented and passionate Mid-Junior Architect with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Calicut. We are looking for a dedicated and self-driven individual who excels in creativity and has a strong passion for designing aesthetic and functional architectural masterpieces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design innovative architectural concepts and solutions.
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction aligns with architectural plans and quality standards.
Stay updated on the latest architectural trends, materials, and technologies.- Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a reputed institute.
Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in architectural design.- Technical Proficiency: High degree of proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is mandatory.
Software Skills: Understanding and experience with Revit, 3ds Max, and Lumion are highly appreciated.
- Creativity: Strong creative vision and the ability to design aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces.
Passion: High level of passion for architecture and design.- Self-Motivation: A dedicated and self-driven personality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
