Role Overview
As a Global Technical Recruiter at Modus, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top-tier talent with technical expertise in Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have an MBA in HR with engineering background and good knowledge of the Microsoft stack, including Azure, Power Platform, and SharePoint development. Previous experience in hiring for both UK and US clients is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with UK and India leadership team to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to Microsoft technologies.
- Source candidates with required technical expertise and behavioural skills through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct first round technical interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit within the Modus technology team.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong network of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
